We were very pleased with the service. Our carpet in this area is 20 years old, and of course in no way did we expect it to look new after the treatment. However, it does look much brighter, several major spots are totally gone, and we are no longer considering replacing it. Your people were prompt and courteous, and explained an optional mildewcide treatment in a non-pushy manner that my wife opted for. The rooms now look and feel clean and livable without the expense of replacing the carpet.
